Dry Pine Shavings

Dry Pine Shavings are kiln-dried and very absorbent, manufactured from soft, lightweight, white pine. Pine naturally retains a fresh, woodsy aroma.

 

Rice Hulls

Rice Hulls are inexpensive substitute for wood shavings.



Redwood Shavings

A general wood amendment and ground cover, offering a longer life and more resistantance to de-composition than fir or cedar-based wood products.

 

 Baled Shavings

Baled Shavings are manufactured at the source, providing in a more consistent product. Only kiln-dried pine is used. A three level vibrating screen is used to eliminate any dust. The bags are heat-sealed resulting in a water-tight bag and offers 1-year ultraviolet light protection. Shavings have an average moisture content of 8 to 10%. Bags fluff to 9 cubic feet and are palletized and available year round.
